Its finally here. The Perpetual Traffic Formula launches today at Noon Pacific – 3PM Eastern.

The sooner you see this the better: http://budurl.com/McGPTLaunch

The Free reports and software we have sent you over the last week or so have taught us all these FACTS:

1. Free Traffic RULES and is easier to get than ever. Because of Google’s new “Caffeine” update, the little guy really has a shot again.

2. Paid traffic is harder than free and it’s dwindling. Even Google admits that, at least 15% a year and dropping fast.

3. There is a proven system for getting all the free traffic you want and once you know that formula you will be firmly in control.

And now you can get first-hand coaching directly from the man who created the system!

But Ryan has VERY limited space available, so watch this now and move quickly. When you see everything the product entails, you will understand why he has to limit it to a small number of people.

Let me tell you right up front –this system is not cheap. But this is one of those cases where you get what you pay for. Although its a bit price, I honestly think the value is there. In my case it will save me between $750 and $1200 a month in pay-per-click advertising costs.

So here is the link again: http://budurl.com/McGPTLaunch

This is Part Three of the July Promotion I have been doing for the Perpetual Traffic Machine where we are giving away free reports and tools that will help you get traffic to your websites, webstores or blogs. If you missed the first two giveaways, look at the end of this post where I will give you the link.

Google has a lot of secrets about what they look for in search and when they rank websites. But one thing that is NOT a secret is getting inbound links from educational and government sites –those that end with .gov or .edu.

SEO experts call these inbound links Link Juice and Google says quite openly that they favor websites with those inbound links. So how do you get them?

What if the government would send traffic or at least TONS of link juice to your websites? Get just a few on these inbound .gov or .edu links and watch your page rank climb –literally overnight some times.

Everyone wants those kind of links but you have to know where to look and what to ask.

As part three of the Perpetual Traffic Formula, we are giving away a list of the “Authority Codes” and websites where you can post these inbound links for free. Don’t worry –it is not overly technical or complicated. Just follow some simple instructions.

As I said in the first couple of emails, you may not eventually purchase the Perpetual Traffic Formula, but since my JV team is giving away tons of great free stuff as part of the promotion, I want ALL my readers to take advantage of it.

So please grab a copy of the list FREE .EDU and .GOV links on super popular and respected sites are usually seen as IMPOSSIBLE to get until now.

http://budurl.com/McGAuthCodes

With the Authority Codes it’s easy and the codes are FREE so don’t wait a second.

Just one of these powerful links could move your website or blog on Google, Yahoo or Bing by as much as 100 positions OVERNIGHT!

Claim a copy of the list here:

http://budurl.com/McGAuthCodes

The average site in the top 3 positions at Google only has a handful of .edu and .gov links. That’s all it takes.

Skip McGrath

P.S. One .GOV or .EDU link can be as powerful as 1000 social media or blog comment links at skyrocketing your site. This is a big piece of the traffic puzzle..

Grab this FREE list right now: http://budurl.com/McGAuthCodes

++++++++++++++

If you missed the first two giveaways, here are the links to get them. They will still be available for a few more days.

FREE 28 Page Perpetual Traffic Report:

http://budurl.com/McGTrafficReport

FREE Cherry Picker Software that will find niche keywords for your website or blog to help you rank in the top ten for those keywords or phrases:

http://budurl.com/McGSoftware

Note – This software requires you download Adobe Air. Adobe Air is free and its safe. You can download it here: http://get.adobe.com/air/

Karen and I just returned from two days at the annual SCOE – Sellers Conference of Online Entrepreneurs, which is actually an annual conference of Amazon sellers. I am pretty sure SCOE would like to call it that, but Amazon doesn’t allow the use of their name that way.

Anyway the conference has been going on for several years now and is growing every year. Last year when I attended there were about 230 sellers. This year it had grown by almost a hundred additional sellers which overcrowded the venue at the Marriott Airport Hotel in Seattle. If the organizers want to do this again next year they will either have to limit attendance or move to a new venue as the Marriott has reached its limit.

The conference is organized by Rhonda Schnieder who is a great lady and my hat goes off to her for what she has accomplished over the years. But the size and scope of the event has outpaced Rhonda’s organizational ability and it’s time she sought some professional help with the event. One of the most common remarks I heard was considering the cost of the conference and the cost to attend, how the conference didn’t quite live up to people’s expectations. Many of the seminar rooms were so overcrowded people were leaning against walls and sitting on the floor. The handout materials were pretty amateurish and sessions routinely started late and often ran over time. I was in one session where the next presenter had to literally kick the previous presenter out so he could start his session.

The first day, Saturday, was composed of vendor presentations which weren’t that interesting. The sessionss were essentially sales pitches and I got as much just visiting the vendor booths in the hall.

There were some interesting vendors this year. This is not a complete list but they included Media Scouter, Bookstores.com, FBA Power, Stamps.com, Spaceware, DHL Global Mail, Abe Books, Endicia, Monsoon and others. I was expecting Vendio but they didn’t show this year. Probably the most interesting new vendor was FBA Power a total solution for Amazon sellers that included inventory control, listing tools, and a really cool scanner for all types of products –not just media.

The coolest new tool, was a Android phone scanner from Media Scouter. If you have an Android phone, you can get the scanning software for just $4.99 a month.

As someone who has sold mostly on eBay for over ten years now and on Amazon for the past two years, I was impressed by the variety and sophistication of the tools and resources for Amazon sellers. The number and depth of third party solutions is right up there with eBay –and in fact may pass eBay pretty soon as more and more companies develop products for Amazon sellers. I don’t have room in a blog post to review all of these but my next newsletter will cover some of the more important applications in depth.

The second day was taken over by Amazon. Amazon sent about 25 employees who conducted seminars on various aspects of the Amazon platform. They also hosted two sessions where sellers could make appointments with Amazon experts to discuss their business and their problems. Last year the program included a visit to Amazon HQ in Seattle on the Monday after the event, but this year that didn’t happen as Amazon is in the middle of moving to their new headquarters in the South Lake Union area of Seattle.

I was a little disappointed in the Amazon sessions. Last year the sessions were more educational, whereas this year Amazon spent most of their time promoting their services such as Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) and Amazon Webstores. But I must say the Amazon people were extremely friendly and accessible to sellers. In all of their talks they stressed how critical sellers were to their success and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and important. Whenever I attend an eBay event, the eBay folks always make the same noises but Amazon doesn’t just talk the talk –they walk the walk.

All in all, despite a few issues the conference was a success and I would recommend anyone selling on Amazon to try and make next year’s conference. You can get more information at the SCOE Home Page.

The acquisition integrates AliExpress and Vendio e-commerce services into a complete wholesale sourcing solution for online businesses in the U.S.

Alibaba.com a leading Asian e-commerce company for online sellers, will acquire Vendio Services, Inc., a multi-channel e-commerce company serving eBay and Amazon sellers. The move will provide a one-stop solution for online sellers that will include listing and inventory management and wholesale sourcing from the same platform.

From the Vendio Platform, merchants can source products from Alibaba.com’s supplier network and sell through channels such as eBay, Amazon, and their own Vendio-supported store.

As part of the announcement, AliExpress (Alibaba’s small quantity sourcing platform), Vendio is offering $100 worth of free coupons. The offer is for five $20 coupons that can be used once for each of 5 orders. This enables Vendio merchants to buy “sample” items of products that they may wish to source and is a great way to test out AliExpress.

You can only get this offer by going to a special landing page and entering a Vendio coupon code. Once you do so, you’ll receive FIVE COUPONS worth $20 each. Each coupon is valid for any order more than $20 (no maximum). An order can consist of multiple items.

The only catch is that you can’t use all five coupons at once, but you can place five separate, successive orders. I used it this morning to buy an $80 (at wholesale) rifle scope. The shipping was $13 so total $93 less $20: My landed cost is $73. Similar scopes are selling on eBay in the $150 range. I will test sell the scope on eBay and if it does well I can then order these scopes in quantities of ten for $74 each.

Here’s How to get your free coupons:

1. Log into your Vendio Account, or Sign-Up* for Vendio by clicking on the Get Started button.

This offer is also available to NEW Vendio account and applies to any Vendio account, even those with a FREE store or any other free Vendio product. So you can sign-up today to take advantage of this offer.

Once you are logged into Vendio, just look for the special coupon offer page and follow the instructions.

I have used Vendio as my listing management for the past 5 years. This move will allow me to source products directly through Alibaba and AliExpress and move then into my inventory on the Vendio platform.

Yesterday I spoke with Vendio’s new CEO, Mike Effle about the acquisition. (Mike was formerly the COO and moved up after the acquisition). Mike explained that “Alibaba gains access to more than 80,000 targeted small businesses in the U.S., while Vendio users can gain access to trusted sources from Alibaba’s worldwide supplier base.” I asked Mike if Vendio would be expanding beyond eBay and Amazon to add more channels and he said that this move gives them the resources to do so. I also asked about the ability to access sales in China through the Alibaba’s auction company TaoBao and he said they weren’t sure of the timing and how it would work, but that is definitely in the plans. This would give Vendio users access to the 1 billion population Chinese market. Mike further said: “We identify with Alibaba.com’s vision of creating a seamless global e-commerce experience for business owners,”

Look for tomorrow’s blog where I will tell you about the amusing backstory about Alibaba and eBay and how I got into the middle of it.

Social media is hot. Even though its been around several years now, the business potential for social media sites like FaceBook and Twitter is still where eBay and Amazon were ten years ago.

Earlier this week, I came across a great program by Ryan Diess that was just what I was looking for to make some money and expand my business via social media sites like Facebook and Twitter.

I have read every book about Twitter and Facebook that I could buy on Amazon –and purchased three different training programs on Clickbank. None of them worked for me.

I have only known Ryan for about a year, but he is one of the internet marketing good guys. He stands behind everything he sells and gives great customer support.

Ryan has discovered a woman in his home town that’s banking over $2500 a week
just messing around on Twitter and Facebook.

Click here to see how she does it.

If the link doesn’t work, you can copy/paste it: http://budurl.com/wuee

Her name is Kate and what she’s doing is so brain dead simple a 10 year old could do it.

She has NO product

She had NO website

She is NOT an affiliate…

…and all her traffic is FREE!

This is a short, 37 minute video and even if you decide its not for you, you will learn a lot and it won’t be a waste of your time.

Cheers,

Almost two months ago eBay beat Wall Street earnings’s estimates. The consensus of stock analysts forecast eBay earnings of $0.41 on sales of $2.2 billion. The company actually reported $0.42 on sales of $2.2 billion This beat the estimates by $0.01 and beating revenues estimates by $8 million.

When this occurs a stock usually goes up. But since eBay last reported earnings on April 21st (the day before the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico) their fortunes have been somewhat like BP’s. eBay stock has dropped from $26.29 to $22.16 –a loss of 15.71% in the past 58 days. That’s not quite as bad as BP, whose stock is down 50% –but why is the market not reacting to an improvement in earnings?

It’s not listing volume. In April eBay was recording 120 million listings. By the end of May they were at 126.7 million and by yesterday they were up to 127.9. So the volume of listings is growing, but are most of them eBay store listings that generate less fees? It may also be a factor of sell-through-rates. They haven’t fallen much –down from 33% in April to just above 30% today, but maybe the market is seeing that and getting spooked.

It will be interesting to see what kind of numbers eBay reports in July for the April/June quarter.

One of the best way to find wholesale sources is to look where they advertise. There is a great little wholesale magazine called Web Wholesaler that you can subscribe to for FREE. Besides some great articles and information, each issue is loaded with advertisement from wholesalers who are looking for people like you to buy their products to sell on eBay and Amazon.

Web Wholesaler only promotes FREE SUBSCRIPTIONS for a short period every few months. After that you have to pay to subscribe –so don’t want to take advantage of this offer.

I have just uploaded the files to the printer for the 2010 edition of the Wholesale Buying System.

My Wholesale Buying System™ is more than a wholesale directory – it’s a complete course in buying wholesale. And, I include specific wholesale sources who work in small lots, large lots, even one item at a time and dropshippers!

The Wholesale Buying System is not an eBook. I will ship your printed manual via UPS the same business day that I receive your order.

In addition to the book, you also receive access to my members-only website where I list and update thousands of wholesale sources every month. And you get access to three wholesale search engines that you can use to access thousands of wholesale suppliers including both domestic and worldwide sources.

If you bought an earlier copy of the book, you do not need to order a new one, because all of the changes and updates are available on the member’s site that came with your purchase.

The Wholesale Buying System gives you a lot more than just a directory! It’s a complete course in buying wholesale. I not only recommend specific sources to get you started, but give you clear, concise directions on how to find more sources, to fit your specific needs and how and where to research sources for any product.

You can click here to read more about the Wholesale Buying System.

++++++++++++++
